Introduction

Postie Kate is a delightful character that your students are certain to enjoy. In the 'Student Content' section (top menu), your students will discover interesting facts about the journey of a letter, from posting to delivery, and some key historical facts about the mail service in our past. Students will also discover how to write a letter and correctly address an envelope.

Accompanying curriculum-appropriate lesson and activity ideas and student activity sheets are provided for teachers, all copyright free for use in the classroom.

In the 'Interactives' section (top menu), Postie Kate comes alive for your students as she educates on how to keep our posties safe. There is also an interactive that educates in a fun way, how to correctly write and address a letter which students can then print for sending.
