Australian Made is a not-for-profit public company responsible for administering the Australian Made, Australian Grown logo.
Established in 1999 by the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the network of state and territory chambers of commerce and in cooperation with the Federal Government, Australian Made’s core operations are licensing companies to use the Australian Made, Australian Grown logo and to promote Australian products at home and overseas.
Since 2016, food labelling laws have changed and Australian Made are being funded to manage compliance of the new country-of-origin information panel for food products (which includes the famous gold kangaroo in a green triangle). All other non-food products can still be certified to carry the Australian Made, Australian Grown logo.
